The current theme of the Sibthorp Trust's work is 'Ecosystems and Health', with particular emphasis on its relevance for policy making in the UK.

The Trust held a seminar on the 1st November 2006 to scope the issues and identify the priorities for the UK. The outcomes of the seminar were used to set the agenda for a two-day workshop held at the University of Liverpool on the 4th and 5th of July 2007 (see the presentations from this workshop here).
